 You can bake your pizza at stone temperatures of up to 550° Celsius on the new Biscotto developed by Effeuno.
 Does NOT work with the Swiss standard socket/EU plug adapter (T13) which is only approved for up to 2300 watts and not for the required 3600 watts. You need a T23 socket for all Italian pizza ovens with heating elements above and below, which may be available in your home for washing towers, dishwashers, etc.
 If you don't have a T23 socket, the Effeuno N3 is the ideal oven for you - if you only care about baking pizza - you can achieve exactly the same temperatures and results with this oven.
